Wholesale Policy
Thank you for taking an interest in our line. To qualify for wholesale purchasing, please create an account. Once you have created an account, send us a message providing us with your Company Name, Address, Resale Tax Identification Number, and your Candy Couture Designs Username. Once received, we will provide you with access to shop online at wholesale price.
To qualify for wholesale, you must purchase a minimum of 12 pieces or $400. Should you not meet the minimum requirement, your order will not be processed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed as our jewelry designs are fully handcrafted. Once your order is completed, you will be notified via email that your order is ready to be shipped.
We ship via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. Orders over $500 require insurance for an additional $5.00.
If you are experiencing any trouble ordering, please contact us immediately.
Due to the nature that our items are handcrafted we do not offer any refunds. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us for a quick resolve.
